Laura and Mark are such a fabulous couple! They are so sweet and so in love, their smiles are absolutely infectious! They were married at the beautiful Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Gardens in Claremont, which was a perfect backdrop to their special day. I was helped out by my friend Rowena who came along as my second shooter the day since I am getting quite big by this point in my pregnancy If you haven’t had enough of Laura and Mark after this post please go check out her blog to see some of her great shots!

I started out the day with Laura and her ladies getting ready… she had such a gorgeous dress and shoes I couldn’t just post one photo… and I should warn you as well that this is going to be a long post! Thank you Laura and Mark for your patience with me getting these all online!

The ceremony was so beautiful and emotional…. Laura’s big walk down the aisle with her father was so special.

After the ceremony we headed out to do some couple portraits…. I love when a couple is so happy and so radiant, it makes my job so easy!

After the portraits it was time for the reception, and what a great reception it was! The night kicked off with a great first dance by Laura and Mark

The toasts were pretty fantastic as well… this is certainly a loving family who knows how to give a speech!

Once dinner was over the music picked up and this crowd really hit the dance floor! You know I love a good dancing crowd… so much fun!!

Ok this post is a long time in coming!  I am so sorry for the lack of blogging in the last few weeks, I’ve had a couple of health issues that have kept me away from my desk and unable to get to all of the blogging I’d like to be doing!

Laura and Mark had an absolutely FANTASTIC wedding and I love this couple!  They are so sweet, so cute, and they have such fabulous taste that my job was a total breeze on their big day!  I have heaps and heaps of photo goodness to show you from their wedding, but since I haven’t been able to get it all ready for the blog yet I decided to give you a little teensy tiny sneak of what’s to come.

Melyssa and Jeff were married in a gorgeous and heartfelt outdoor ceremony at the Mission Beach Woman’s Club. The wedding was officiated by a close friend, which always makes the ceremony extra special and this one was no exception! It was an absolutely fabulous evening, complete with lots of vegetarian food (what a treat for me!) and an ice cream sundae bar (Oh my goodness, could it get any better?! ) and of course, the best part of all… lots and LOTS of dancing. This crowd knows how to kick up their heels! I had so much fun and so much trouble narrowing down my favorites, but here are a few highlights from the day!

If there’s one thing I love at a wedding it’s people having fun and people DANCING! This crowd was on the dance floor all night long and it was such a blast to see everyone having so much fun.
