The last few months have been absolutely crazy for me. Not only did I deliver my beautiful baby girl (6 weeks early!) but our family also finally moved into our new home and my husband started his new job. It’s been a whirlwind to say the least. In the midst of it all it seems like absolutely everyone has been having their babies and there are a whole lineup of adorable squishy newborn faces that will be making their way onto the blog soon.

For now, however, here are some photos of my favorite of all the squishy newborn faces – my lovely daughter Edith Dianne.

Corynn and Chase are a ridiculously adorable couple! I was lucky enough to photograph Corynn’s sister Sarah’s wedding two years ago and was thrilled when I got an email from Corynn asking if I could do their wedding as well! Chase only made it into town a few days before the wedding so we had to put the engagement photos off until the last minute, but I was so excited that they still managed to fit the session into their busy pre-wedding schedule!

I was so excited when I was contacted by Suzanne about shooting her family maternity session. Suzanne has twin girls who will be three years old just a few weeks before her due date with her newest addition – which just happens to be exactly the same as me and my kids. My little munchkins will be three just a few weeks after my due date as well. I couldn’t wait to meet her and her whole family and they didn’t disappoint!

Happy belated Easter and more importantly happy spring! I must say the New England winter has seemed unending to this California girl and I’m glad that it’s finally warming up! I hope you had a wonderful holiday weekend with loved ones.

I met Emiko and Luke years ago when I was the second photographer at their wedding.  I have kept in touch with Emiko since then and was so excited when I realized that not only would she still be in Massachusetts when we moved but she was pregnant as well!  We were going to set up a newborn shoot for the beginning of August when I arrived.  Apparently little Eleanor had other plans and decided to arrive early.
